At GELATISSIMO, the largest trade fair for artisan ice cream north of the Alps, the ice cream industry will exchange ideas in Stuttgart from 3 to 7 February 2024. The combination of the entire world of ice cream culture and the colorful mix of INTERGASTRA, the trade fair for the hotel and gastronomy business, is unique. Visitors can benefit from the key topics such as ambience, equipment, services and IT, beverages and coffee, as well as kitchen systems and food. In addition to the presentations by the exhibitors, visitors can also look forward to an extensive accompanying programme containing interesting panel discussions, talks and seminars, as well as interactive workshops, special shows and competitions.
Gelatieri, confectioners and first-rate ice-cream experts from the world of gelato will meet at GELATISSIMO in the Paul Horn Halle (Hall 10). During competitions such as the Grand Prix GELATISSIMO they will cheer on the participants and follow the demonstrations by the master gelato makers in workshops and live shows. In the comprehensive product exhibition, trade visitors will again find everything which gelato fans' heart’s desire. Visitors can also look forward to interesting demonstrations and new inspirations for sweet craftsmanship in the Confectioners' Trend Forum.
The Stuttgart Coffee Summit, for example, is exactly the right place for everyone wanting to obtain information about the new products, services and business opportunities relating to coffee. The Wilhelma and Coffee Consulate Mannheim will present a unique exhibition concept at INTERGASTRA 2024: the experience coffee plantation. This special show will be an opportunity to experience and taste the biological diversity and complexity of coffee in a realistic environment.
Coffee and snacks have long not been the only items that are available in automatic vending machines. Fresh products and full meals, which are dispensed via vending machines, smart stores or intelligent refrigerators, provide an opportunity to generate additional business.
